Foundation Purpose

Whatcom Hospice Foundation is an independent charitable organization comprised of dedicated volunteers and knowledgeable staff who raise funds and build community awareness in support of Hospice services in Whatcom County. The Foundation owns and maintains the Whatcom Hospice Campus, including Whatcom County’s only residential hospice facility, Hospice House.

Letters From Hospice

We asked a Hospice chaplain, patient, family member, and a nurse to write a letter to someone about what they have learned through their hospice experience.

Partners In Care

Whatcom Hospice Foundation and PeaceHealth are committed to maintaining a strong collaborative partnership that results in top quality end of life care for every patient in need, regardless of ability to pay.
